What is the right plural form for "carriage and pair"? Some carriages and pairs? When there are three sets of them, do you call them "three carriages and pairs"?

I am not sure why you are pairing "carriage" and "pair." But, yes, that is the plural of those words. "Pair" can also be plural. My full house beat his two pair.

Three carriages and pairs.
