"you don't mind me setting for a spell I hope Elvira"

"You don't mind me setting for a spell I hope, Elvira."

Assuming that it's not a typo, "setting" is a form of "sitting"used in some dialects. "for a spell" means "for a while/for some time".

"you don't mind me setting for a spell I hope Elvira"
It also means, "You don't mind me preparing to cast a magic spell I hope, Elvira?"

For the second time today, maryam, a better title would have been 'You don't mind me setting for a spell'.
