Please take a look at this sentence:

While we cannot guarantee your package will be delivered at the specific time you've requested, we can however, tell you that we drop off all packages at the post office one day after they've been placed.

Are the underlined parts grammatically correct?

I am not a teacher.

They are grammatically correct but the second one doesn't make sense.

I think the second part means that the packages are dropped off at the post office one day after the orders have been placed.

Could you change it so that it makes sense? What part doesn't make sense?

The first needs an additional comma after 'we can'.

It doesn't make sense to say, 'we drop off all packages at the post office one day after they've been placed'. This means, 'we drop off all packages at the post office one day after the packages have been placed'. I was suggesting that it should be, 'we drop off all packages at the post office one day after the orders have been placed'. Perhaps that's not it all.
