Please sir, kindly tell me what time I should reach the stop.

Please, sir, kindly tell me what time I should reach the stop.

Which sentence is correct, the first with one comma or the second with two?

Thanks.

If you're asking this question of a bus driver, it won't matter about commas as you won't be writing it down for him.

It would be more natural to ask 'Can you please tell me how long it takes to get there?'
