I just want everyone in my team to send me their reports by certain time. what is the right way to say it? Please tell me which sentence is correct?

1. Please send me your report by 4PM
2. Please send your report by 4PM
3.Please send your report to me by 4PM

Again, you gave your thread the same useless title. I have changed it for you.

No sentence is correct without a final punctuation mark.

If you add full stops they are all correct and mean the same.

There are many different ways to write the time, as you were shown in your earlier thread. The one you used is acceptable to many.

If you keep posting the same question with slightly different details, two things will happen:

1. You will keep getting the same answers.
2. We will get rather bored.

As noted previously, they are all OK.
