In the sentence 'Please keep quiet' the word PLEASE is adverb and the word KEEP is verb. Is the word QUIET functions as a noun or adjective?

It's an adjective.

In the sentence 'Please keep quiet', the word [STRIKE]PLEASE[/STRIKE] "please" is an adverb and the word [STRIKE]KEEP[/STRIKE] "keep" is a verb. Is the word [STRIKE]QUIET[/STRIKE] "quiet" [STRIKE]functions as[/STRIKE] a noun or an adjective?

Note my corrections above.

Enclose words you want to mark out in some way in quotation marks, not capital letters.
Remember to use appropriate articles.
If you wanted to keep "function as" in your final question, you would need to say "Does the word "quiet" function as a noun ...?
