Thanks Mr. Bhaisahab for your prompt reply. The contexts are as follows:

1. I would like to get an approval for the planned change. Hence, email will be sent to the appropriate team to get the change approved.
2. Sometimes, the change can’t be implemented due to certain issues. Therefore, an exception is required in order to implement it anyway especially on urgent issue.
