I have some idioms [strike]that[/strike] and I don't know [STRIKE]whats[/STRIKE] their meaning. Can you help me please?

These are the idioms:

Cowardice hold me back
Get down your high horse
Screw-up courage
Brave front
Brave [STRIKE]s.th[/STRIKE] something out
To be babe in the wood
Talk circles

None of those are recognisable English idioms. Where did you find them?

Also, please follow the rules of written English:

- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- Always capitalise the word "I".
- End every sentence with a single appropriate punctuation mark.
- In this forum, use full standard English words (for example "something", not "s.th").
- Put a space after a full stop, comma, question mark or exclamation mark.

I'm so sorry because of my wrong writing:oops:.And thank you for you'r recommendation.
I have heared them and understood one of them's meaning.
Babe in the wood:a naive, defenceless, young person.
I don't know other's meaning. If there is some one who knows please help me.

Nice work mara_ce.

None of us teachers were willing to help the OP because he or she got all of the suggested idioms wrong in the original question. But you correctly noted that he or she got them sufficiently right that we could and should have guessed what the questions meant.

We should have done better.
