Don't use all capitals for titles. Use a larger font or another formatting style.

Use bullet and sub-bullet points throughout your CV as appropriate.

· Answered 7 drug information enquiries to other healthcare professional.
· Dispensed and counseled P sale medications


Increased responsibility to patient welfare and safety.

· Reduced the average admission times from 3.3 to 1.7 per year.
· Intervened in 3 cases of incorrect drug uses including 1 case of warfarin overdose.

I don't understand the above. Rewrite it in simpler and clearer language.
