The parts underlined are a bit confusing.
1 - I think you mean ' to facilitate salary payment (by the company to the staff)'.
2. Don't salary distribution and salary transfer mean the same thing - the company crediting money to the staff's account?

This is the a letter from the employer to the staff. The employer will not give any gurranty letter or employement certificate for the bank loan application. The bank accounts are opened for the facilitation of salary payment. So. I can write as follows.
