I am learning English for several years in school and I am here to improve my grammar skills and pronunciation.
Please give me some advices how to get rid of my strong accent and to sound more like the Midland accent in USA.

I think the most efficient way would be to find a coach whom you could work with personally. Your accent is probably due to not using the right speech muscles.
