Wow! What a mess! For a start, I'm certain that you know that "questions" (plural) shouldn't be followed by "has been" (singular). What place do you think "to it" has in that sentence? What does "it" refer to? Keep it short and simple, as I've said before.Please find attached the questions that has been answered to it from the client.
