[Grammar] Please edit my statement

sorry to hear about complaints and sorry for delayed reply.

on 29Dec i was woking evening shift.It was very busy shift and i was not feeling very well.flight was delayed.some luggage on the belt and some passenger were waiting for their bags at the time we left.my supervisor left polite notice for customer to fill their details if they missing any luggage.we left work premeises after midnight.there were no issue at the time we left.
 
The first thing you need to do is edit your post so that it has correct capitalisation and spacing around punctuation. Follow these rules of written English at all times:

- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with a single, appropriate punctuation mark.
- Always capitalise the word "I".
- Do not put a space before a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.
- Always put a space after a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.
