I could not understand the text highlighted in red. Also, I did not bother looking at the formatting. I'm sure you can organize your CV to your liking on your word processor. :)
 
"I'd no" should be "ID no". I think your auto-correct probably changed it to "I'd" and you didn't notice.
 
Different countries and cultures have different conventions, but in the US, at least, we don't generally include religion. I was unaware that this would be a convention in South Africa.
 
In the UK, most of the top section would be unnecessary. We give our full name, address, email address and contact telephone number. That's it. We no longer generally mention our gender or age. I don't think a British CV has ever included religion.

I would mention what languages I speak only if it were relevant to the job. The same goes for whether I have a full driving licence or not. I wouldn't mention my nationality (citizenship in AmE) on a CV. Some jobs require you to be a particular nationality and if that's the case, the specific question would probably be asked on the formal application form.
