Please don't include me in the photos you take

Hi.

I usually take photos of my English clubs and post them online (I'm the host of my English club). Tonight, when I was about to take some photos, a friend called John said:

Please don't include me in the photos you take.

I know he meant "I don't want to appear in the photos".

Are both of our expressions natural?
 
They're both grammatical. Neither is particularly natural. I'd say "Don't take my picture!" or "I don't want to be in any of the photos".
