Dear Sir,

I have received mobile from our company and it was activated on 04.12.2013.
The mobile got struck frequently and it is having other issues also.
The back ground light is always illuminating contentiously, due to that reason the battery is not withstanding.
We request you to kindly arrange to change the mobile with good one.
