[General] Please correct my letter

Hi,

I Samarendra Sinha. Purchased a Saga table clock copper,order number is 10000964.
It is looking very nice,but getting problem with after attaching a battery to it,
I can't close the back cover.Pls let me know, how could I close it's back side.
