Hi John (of course, it should have been James)
Thank you for your suggestion. Regarding "remaining annual leave", I have got a few days of annual leave which I will have to [STRIKE]finish[/STRIKE] take by the end of [STRIKE]jan[/STRIKE] January 2015, so I am asking my boss [STRIKE]that[/STRIKE] when I can take or use my remaining few days of annual leave (or asking my boss to allocate my remaining annual leave in [STRIKE]dec[/STRIKE] December or [STRIKE]jan[/STRIKE] January.
[STRIKE]pls[/STRIKE] Please [STRIKE]hellp[/STRIKE] help me. Many thanks.

Please see my corrections to your four posts. It is very important to follow the following rules of written English at all times:
- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with a single, appropriate punctuation mark.
- Always capitalise the word "I" (first person singular).
- Always capitalise proper nouns (James, John, Ray, Shakespeare, Microsoft).
- Do not put a space before a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.
- Always put a space after a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.
- Do not use textspeak/chatlish ("pls" is not a word. It's "please".)
