This is to bring to your kind attention that we have identified a misplaced tracking device, which was allocated to plate No 1243. The vehicle has been located at the garage, since 4 months with an engine trouble and the system does not have any last functioned location with the discontinued power to tracking unit.

What is 'misplaced tracking device' and how is it related to the vehicle?
What do you mean by 'allocated to plate 1243', 'last functioned location' and discontinued power to tracking unit'?
