As per my discussion with Eng. Kamal, it is concurred that all the employees mentioned in the Memo will be staying in the existing accommodation for the nonce.
In addition, we have already passed the request to reform the grades of 3 employees ,Mr. Rami Hekmath, Mr. Jamal Uddin (finisher Workshop) &Mr. Wassem Azhar (Tipper Trailer Division) respectively and we are awaiting for the anticipated upgradation in the grades of aforestated employees as well.
Furthermore, All the other Trailer Drivers mentioned in the memo, we are constrained to keep them with current accommodation since the new Tariff camp, where the designated accommodation for Mafraq –Ghweifat Projects(3A &3B) employees, has not been mobilized yet. However, We will certainly shift them to new Tariff camp once it is ready and we will definitely be conforming with the company rules & procedures set out in the memo, until then, we are compelled to keep them in the existing accommodation.
