I am giving IELTS exam So please can any one give comments on my below letter..
You have bought a new mobile phone and in a few days of purchase it has stopped working. You spoken to the company representative a week ago but it has still not been repaired.
Write a letter to the company. In your letter
- introduce yourself
- explain the situation
- say what action you would like to company to take.

Dear Sir,
I am Neha Kapoor from Pune. I purchased a new Nokia C3 mobile from Nokia center from Kurdha,Pune.I bought this mobile on16th October 2011.The mobile was working fine for about one month then it started giving problem and stopped working.
As my mobile was under guaranty I spoke to the representative at the showroom. He asked me to submit my mobile for repair. It’s been 4 months now no response from his side. It is very disappointing to see the way they work. I visited the showroom for updates but I get the same reply “ We are looking into the issue”.
The reference number of my issue is REF176543 and the person who is looking into this issue is Mr Rohit Seth. I kindly request you to look into this issue. If the problems with mobile are not repairable kindly refund my money back.
