Many large and persistent human behaviors create social and environmental problems. Leadership is strongly defined to change human behavior to a more lasting habit. The participation of political leaders is essential for the success of sustainable development at global and regional levels. Most of the conversation between contemporary and traditional leadership structures is thought to be important on a local scale.
Environmental problems increase motivation to understand where leadership can be effective and sophisticated. Leadership studies are a multidisciplinary area closely linked to the management sciences and organizational studies that have emerged in the last 60 years. This field is traditionally supported by psychology and positivist social methods, in an attempt to predict institutional outcomes by identifying the characteristics and behavior of individual leaders.
The discovery of leadership of such research remains to this day. However, the option of driving options is increasing. This person crosses the idea, that a heroic leader reduces the driving concept for leadership. Our goal was how leadership led to environmental science. We look at the results of major trends in leadership research, which provides opportunities for more important methods of environmental science leadership. To understand the features, roles and behaviors that affect the environmental consequences, we used the broad concept of leadership, including leaders, traders, heroes, brokers and organizations such as organizations or groups. In literature analysis, we first tried to understand how leadership is conceived and secondly the result of any sustainability responsible for leadership. We discuss the potential for further significant research on environmental leadership, based on a recent study in leadership studies.
