for improving our communication skills.

for improving my communication skill.

Is it correct?.

Skills, plural. Speaking, writing, planning, presenting, listening... All skills.

Even with writing alone, it is 'writing skills' (plural), which is logical because there are more than one aspect of writing to learn.

'My' or 'our' depends on what you want to say.
