We would like to bring to your knowledge that there is a family property located in Haifa area, under confiscation procedure by the state authorities.
The reason for the confiscation is building an interchange.
The discussed property is a piece of land of about 600 square meters.
As for the owners' entitlement of receiving any compensation, this issue (as well as other related aspects), is being checked.
Since this file may require some expenses (e.g. hiring an expert lawyer, tax payment, etc., provided that the probability of receiving compensation is high), we would like to have your consent in advance to any reasonable, needed move or expense involved.
