Suppose I made a call to my friend and his brother picked up the phone. He started having a word with me. After sometime I told him that I wanted to have a word with his brother.

What can we say?

1) Please call your brother to the phone. (I know we can say "I want to talk to him')

2) Give the phone or receiver to your brother.

Please check my sentences.

They are correct. More polite is "Could you let me talk to <name>, please?"

Sometime is an adjective. Write after some time....

Another informal version is "Put your brother on the phone/line." You could preface this with 'could you', 'would you', or 'please' to be more polite.
