i dont know phonetics language.please help me
The main phonetic language is IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet). You can search for that on the web. There are many pages, but the official page is the IPA (IP Association) page.i dont know phonetics language.please help me
First of all, you have to choose one language to learn, either American English or British English, otherwise you will get confused. There're tiny little difference between them.
No, you can learn IPA without knowing about American and British English at all.
In my humble opinion, I think IPA is not that prefect for learning English, it's not quite clear and effective.

If he knows one or two of the example words I have provided, then there is no problem.. By the way, I think your phonetics symbol list doesn't really help much as he doesn't know a thing or two about phonetics by any chance.
