Which terms can be used here?

My neighbor's dachshunds have a bad ................... Even the slightest chance to destroy my plants will never be left out by them.

personality
character
nature
temper
disposition

Disposition is the natural choice. The second sentence doesn't work.

chance ... will never be _ _ _ _ _ _ by them.
In that sentence, "left out" is unnatural. Think of a verb that naturally collocates with "chance" in such a context.

If "left out" doesnt work, I think it should be "never be missed" or "never be missed out on".

No, and nope. I would rewrite the sentence from scratch.

I think I understand the writer's intention with will never be missed. The resulting sentence is terrible, though.

Do228, you should rewrite the second sentence in the active voice.

They never miss out on the slightest chance to destroy my plants.

They never let a chance go by to destroy my plants.

Remove "out on". I'd also remove "the slightest".

They never miss out on the slightest chance to destroy my plants.

They never let a chance go by to destroy my plants.

Both are grammatically correct. It would be more natural to say "They never miss the opportunity to destroy my plants."
