I need to write a short letter to some guys regarding some parking issues. As I`d rather prefer to be not recognised as the person who has written this letter (long story) and I`m the only foreign I need to have the letter to be written in perfect english.
Therefore I was wondering if anyone would be so kind to proofread the paragraph below. Thanks heaps in advance.

...........
To whom it may concern
We have noticed that for quite some time both car spaces between Unit 1 and 3 are often advantaged by you. As this car park serves the purpose as an overflow for all residents and their guests we would like to ask you to occupy only one spot at the time.
We appreciate your understanding.

Sincerely,

Cheers
