Hi,

I wonder what day should be the payment date?
"Invoices shall be payable within 30 days end-of-the-month payment made on the 10th of the following month."

I can't really figure out whether it is normal 30 days EOM (30 days from month end) or the 10th day of the following month?
If I issue an invoice today, when will it be payable?
Is the sentence wrong/unclear?

Thank you in advance!

It's unclear to me. I have no idea what you mean.:-(

Perhaps:

Payment is due within 30 days of statement date.

The statement date is, of course, on the statement.

Thank you.
What's about the "10th day of the following month"?

Yes me too. Initially I thought it was my fault that I did not understand it, and I did copied the sentence from its source too.

Please provide a link to the source.

Hi,
It's not from a link. It's from a document.
It's even from an agreement, which I doubt whether the purchaser (who seems to be the one who drafted this agreement) wanted it to be this confusing.

It is still not clear whether payment is due within 30 days, or by the 10th of the following month.
There could be two cut-off dates, whichever is earlier.

Thank you all!
