Hello!

I'm studying the passive voice and i'm having some trouble with an exercise:

"People say Ann is very rich". I have no ideea how to rewrite this sentence using the passive voice. I would try something like "Ann is told of being rich" or "Ann is said to be rich", but i'm not sure that's correct.

Thank you!

It's not.

Ann is said to be very rich.

Please remember that we always use a capital letter for the first person pronoun.

Thank you! I know it may sound annoying for a native speaker, but I was confused.

Your question was not annoying. Your reluctance to use a capital letter for the first person pronoun could become annoying.

I edited that post as soon as I saw your post. I think this can be locked. Thank you!
