which is correct?

It was little over 6pm (no comma here) when I arrived.
It was lightly pass after 6pm (no comma here) when I arrived.

Which is correct?

Neither is correct.

It was a little after 6pm when I arrived.
It was shortly after 6pm when I arrived.

You don't need a comma but you do need to capitalise "I", use a final punctuation mark and make sure all your sentences start with a capital letter.
