Dear Teachers
I am always confused the usage of "recover" and "over". In the sentence below, should I use "am" recovered, a participle, or "have recovered", a verb? And, it seems that "over recovered" sounds more natural, but overly is an adverb, which should be ahead of the adjective "recovered".
I had speech impediment when I was a kid, but now, I am/have recovered, overly/over recovered.
Please help.
Regards
