1) You need to purchase two expresspost envelopes. The outgoing envelope should be smaller than the return envelope because it wil content something in it.

2) Outgoing and incoming/return expresspost envelop. (Can Is say outgoing?).



Can I write the above sentences like this? Thanks.:)
 
Which envelope is supposed to be smaller? Your sentence has an ambiguous "it."

Thanks for your reply.I meant that the return envelope should be bigger in size than the outgoing envelope because the return envelop will have a larger content. Can I say outgoing envelop and will have larger content??
 
"Outgoing envelope" (note the spelling) would be understood.

I think you need to specify what size is needed for the return envelope. "Content" is not used in the singular like this. If anything, it would have larger contents.

You need to buy two "Expresspost" envelopes, one A4 and one A5. The A4 envelope should be folded and sent inside the A5 envelope because the documents to be returned are A4 in size.

Replace A4/A5 with whatever the relevant sizes are.
