Dear all,

Could you please help me in spotting the difference between Organizing the event vs. Organization of the event. I am writing a CV and need to describe my duties at a previous job. Would like to understand better the difference between these two combinations. Thanks in advance!

Hello! Thanks for a quick response! It's just a list of my duties:

- Organizing the events
- Collaborating with customers

OR

- Organisation of the events
- Collaboration with customers

I'd like to understand the principle of using of these combinations.
