Hello, everyone

Could anyone correct me.

I would like to organize a viewing for a property or I would like to organize viewing for a property.

In what circumstances, do I have to use countable (a viewing) and uncountable (viewing)?

Thank you very much,

I would use the article "a" in that sentence. You are talking about "an event".
