I want to describe a scene where the main character is alone in a room with his enemy. Which of the sentences below is natural? Whoever helps me will have my eternal gratitude.

And so, there was no one else left in the room. Only him and (enemy's name).

And so, there was no one else left in the room. Only himself and (enemy's name).

And so, there was no one else left in the room. Just him and (enemy's name).

And so, there was no one else left in the room. Just himself and (enemy's name).

The third one. (I would probably say it simpler, but perhaps context justifies "And so" there.)

Whoever helps me will have my eternal gratitude.

That and $2 will get me a cup of coffee.
;-)

Coffee is expensive. With 2$, you can buy two bars of chocolate.

Coffee is expensive. With [STRIKE]2$[/STRIKE] $2, you can buy two bars of chocolate.

Note that the dollar sign goes before the number. Also, although it would be written as "$2" on a menu or similar, in a sentence like this, write "two dollars".
