please let us know the specification of the parts that "are" going to be used.....

Do I use "are" or "is" after "that" in the above sentence?

Shouldn't it be as;

please let us know the specifications of the parts that are going to be used.....

or do you regard "the specification" as plural?

This is my train of thought for my question:

The consequence of these deeds is going to be severe
or similar to what I suggested
The consequences of these deeds are going to be severe
or similar to what you suggested
The consequence of these deeds are going to be severe
