But on the other days of the week, I drive to office because sometimes I have to drive my daughter to kindergarten or I have to work too late. When I drive to work, I choose a route depending on time slots/zones. My neighbors go to work in Seoul or in nearby areas, so many people use the expressway to get to work. So depending on time slots, heavy traffic spots/areas change/vary.

Are the underlined parts correct?

I don't really understand the entire concept. What are time slots/time zones? It sounds as if someone else (someone in authority) is dictating the times at which you can drive. Surely you just leave for work in time to do everything you need to?

Perhaps:

On some days of the week I drive to work because I have to take my daughter to kindergarten or I have to work late.

The gist is that I choose a different driving route depending on different hours of different trrafic situations.

Maybe 'on the other weekdays' would be better as we don't normally work on the weekend.

That sentence does not say you work weekends. (By the way, you can omit of the week.)
