Which one is correct to discus we are in the same situation? Many thanks.

We are on the same boat.

We are in the same boat.

The version I am familiar with is "in the same boat."

(I've learned by now that with prepositions, different regions use different ones sometimes.)

:up: If it were 'on', the vessel would probably be a ship! ;-)

Joking apart, making the vessel a boat (usually quite small) emphasizes both the external danger, the frailty of whatever comes between you and the outside world, and the closeness of the people who are in the same circumstances.
