Would kindly tell me wat does this woman wants to say by this " oh , would pick up every starfish? and I was like : this is the whole wheel not coming back to get this because I love starfish with these sparkling rolls because I #$## back as and goes to came in purchase."

It's from 17:41 to 18:00

I found it very hard to follow.

I go back, I pick it up. She [...] "What are you picking that up for?"

I can't make out the verb in brackets but it's obviously a reporting verb, meaning 'said'. The woman telling the story likes a shirt with a starfish on it, but the woman on the left doesn't understand the appeal.

Later:

And I was like "This is the whole reason I'm coming back to get this! Because I love this starfish, with these little sparkles on it."

She's saying that the whole point of returning to the store was to purchase that specific shirt.
