My friends sport similar looks, and we all think of ourselves as very rebellious, unique, and oh-so-socially-informed.

What does “oh-so-socially-informed” mean?

It's a made-up adjective.
oh: an exclamation used here to highlight something.
so: very.
socially informed: aware of (current) social matters/topics.

In colloquial language, we use 'oh so' as an intensifier. In this case, I think it's meant to show a degree of self mockery, or sarcasm.
