I was introduced to John and Mark who are part of our vendor's team by my colleague. I would like you reply to the email to thank my colleague and greet John and Mark. Which of the below statements is correct?
"Nice to meet you, John and Mark"
"Nice to meet you John and Mark"

If there's any other way to achieve this, please let me know.

Use the version with the comma.
Might be a silly question but is there any chance a comma would mean " It was nice meeting all the 3: email recipient (my colleague in this case), John and Mark? "

Only if the email was addressed to your colleague and copied to John and Mark.
