I get nervous every time I have a meeting with my mentor. It's not me, it's the kind of personality he has. He is the quiet type who's way to professional and doesn't talk or even smile much. Can I say:

- I'm nervous about him/of him.
- I'm nervous about/of meeting him.
- I'm nervous about/of the meeting.

Only "about" works in all three sentences. You can never be nervous [strike]of[/strike] something.

Thank you very much. Is it always 'about' or are there exceptions?
And doesn't nervous about someone mean 'worried about him' (and not nervous about meeting him)?

You could say:

I'm nervous around him/her.
