Need text about Motivation Letter for M.Sc Industrial Management?

hey...it's my first post here.

I have done B.Sc. Electronic Engineering. I applied in University of Vaasa (Finland) for Masters in Industrial Management. They asked for Motivation letter. Can anyone please provide me a good text about motivation letter.
