Need ideas: app for language practice using video chat

Hi everybody,


I have been thinking about doing an app for language practice with native speakers using video chat.


The basic idea is that you enter your native language and the language you want to practice and you are matched with someone based on these. Then you can videochat or just use voice to practice with them.


I'm thinking about some way to rate the other user after chatting with them, also you could save your favorite ones to chat continue practicing with them some other day.

It seems like a chocolate teapot idea, as people can just use Skype or KakaoTalk along with one of many online payment services such as Paypal or Skrill.
