using for as a duration

For example, I want to show how long I do something.
Are these sentences okay?
My friend and I spoke for 10 minutes.
I spoke to my friend for 10 minutes.
I spoke to my friend about politics for 10 minutes.

I want to ask you about using "for" as to express a duration.

For example, I want to show express how long I do did something for. Are these sentences okay?

1. My friend and I spoke for 10 ten minutes.
2. I spoke to my friend for 10 ten minutes.
3. I spoke to my friend about politics for 10 ten minutes.
Please note my changes above. I changed your thread title too - titles must be unique, relevant to the thread and contain some/all of the words/phrases/sentences you're asking us about.
All your sentences are grammatically correct and natural. The only change I've made is swapping "10" for "ten". In general, numbers under 20 are written out in full.

True story:

Today, my wife and I have been married for 60 years (it's our Diamond Wedding Anniversary).
