She likes to watch dramas in her free/leisure time. Recently, she watched the Japanese drama "Family in Searching for Jobs".
It was very interesting for her and she can really understand what they do for survival/to survive.
It/The story line was quite same as her work, so she felt a lot of bond of sympathy with the characters of the drama.

==========================================

Could you correct anything if the underlined parts are awkward?
The Japanese drama is about a family of which the whole members lost their jobs and are trying to get a new job, so if you watch the drama, you could sympathize with them as their hard lives could be similar to yours.

My choice:

She likes to watch dramas in her free time.

Are you sure it's not "Searching for Jobs "?

Next:

It was very interesting for her,, and she can really understand what they do to survive.

Also:

The storyline reminded her of her work, so she felt a bond with the characters of the drama.

Try:

The Japanese drama is about a situation in which all the members had lost their jobs, and they are trying to get new jobs. If you watch the drama, you might sympathize with them as their hard lives could be similar to yours.
