Is "perfectly rounded" a pun that is highly suggestive (of the woman's breast shape)?

The woman asks James whether he'd like to check out the numbers on the recipt. She uses "my figures" which can be used as a pun to suggest a body shape. So James grabs the opportunity to make a pun. Just a guess here.

The woman hands James Bond the recipt, asking"Would you like to check my figures?"
James replies with "I'm sure they are perfectly rounded."
The woman looks angry hearing this.
