Can I phrase a sentence in this manner, using the word "conflicting"?

- During this lesson, I will be sharing with you my experience in conflicting with others. (Is this the right use of "conflicting"? I want to share my experience of resolving conflicts with others)

If you want to tell people about your experience with resolving conflicts with others then that's what you should say.

I don't think you make your point by saying the opposite of what you really mean.

What does this mean to you? I will be sharing with you my experience in conflicting with others.

What does this mean to you? "I will be sharing with you my experience in conflicting with others."
I'm afraid it doesn't mean anything. Use Tarheel'a phrase, resolving conflicts.

You can tell people about your conflicts with others, or you can tell them how you resolved those conflicts. The two things do not mean the same thing.

(There is a certain word I am purposely not using.)
