Dear friends,

which sentences sound correct/natural?

- I've just moved to a new flat in the city centre. What can I say. My dream has come true.

- I've just moved to a new flat in the city centre. What can I say. My dream came true.

I generally know how to use both tenses but sometimes I get confused.

Thank you for your help.
 
If you have just moved, then your dream has come true.
 
My dream has come true. I have moved to the city centre.
My dream has come true. I'm moving to the city centre next month.
My dream came true. I moved to the city centre.
My dream came true when I moved to the city centre.
